Sex Pictures Pass Website Terms

  • SexPicturesPass shall provide password access services to webmaster, including necessary scripting and pay out the following commissions: The following payout structure will be adhered to, effective October 16, 2003:
    Signups per pay period Payout
    1 - 10 $20.00 USD for each verified SexPicturesPass sign-up
    11 - 20 $22.50 USD for each verified SexPicturesPass sign-up
    21 - 30 $25.00 USD for each verified SexPicturesPass sign-up
    31 - 40 $27.50 USD for each verified SexPicturesPass sign-up
    41 and more $30.00 USD for each verified SexPicturesPass sign-up
    The amount of Five U.S. Dollars ($5.00) for each sale from any webmaster you refer. Payments are sent twice a month, within 21 business days of the 15th and 30th. $25 minimum before a check will be sent out.
  • Webmaster shall be solely responsible for all content on their site(s) and acknowledges and agrees that SexPicturesPass can and will only provide password access services. Webmaster acknowledges that SexPicturesPass does not actively monitor the content of webmaster's site and assumes no responsibility for the content of webmaster's site.

  • Webmaster agrees to utilize only legal images and content that is licensed to webmaster. Webmaster shall refrain from displaying or using any content that infringes upon the copyright, United States patent or right of another person or entity. Webmaster shall refrain from using the SexPicturesPass system in any way that is illegal, libelous or may subject SexPicturesPass to any other liability. Webmaster will refrain from content of or any reference to child pornography, bestiality, rape, torture, celebrity, non-fantasy sex crimes, underage content or any other illegal forms of content. If SexPicturesPass is informed by competent authority that webmaster is in violation of state or federal laws regarding content on webmaster's site, webmaster will be removed from the SexPicturesPass system, and all commissions owed to webmaster will be forfeited. Use of illegal content by webmaster constitutes a material breach of this contract. Webmaster will not be paid commission on any fraudulent transactions, or when fraud is suspected. Fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

  • SexPicturesPass reserves the right to refuse services to any webmaster at any time for any reason.

  • Webmaster agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SexPicturesPass from any claims arising out of the use of its services, including but not limited to, prosecution under any pornography, obscenity, copyright or licensing laws of the United States or any state, civil litigation, administrative action, arbitration or mediation. This indemnification includes an obligation for webmaster to reimburse SexPicturesPass for any costs, fees or expenses that SexPicturesPass may incur as a result of any such claims.

  • These terms may, at the sole discretion of SexPicturesPass, be amended. Webmaster agrees to abide by any amendments to these terms. Webmaster agrees to review these terms periodically for amendments.

  • Webmaster agrees to use the SexPicturesPass system at their own risk. SexPicturesPass provides no warranty in regards to this agreement. Any liability by SexPicturesPass for loss of revenue, data, or time through, but not limited to, any action, error, omission, deletion, or delay of service by SexPicturesPass, is expressly disclaimed
