All content used on your site MUST BE Licensed to you.

SexPicturesPass will not accept any site with links or banners to, references of, words, or content using any of the following young teen, young girls, child, children, any celebrities, bestiality, incest, warez, adolescent, animal sex, forced sex, illegal, juvenile, kid, lolita, rape, non-consensual, underage, boy, child, youth. preteen, pre-teen, child porn, torture, molestation, incest, celebrity, bestiality, non-fantasy sex crimes, underage content or anything illegal. This includes words used in the URL, site name, description, keywords, web pages, and links. These sites will be immediately deleted from SexPicturesPass and the proper authorities notified. You may not use any trademarked terms on your site unless you own the trademark. This includes any text, title, URL, or description.

Webmasters shall not alter the SexPicturesPass sign-up script in any way, other than changing the webmaster ID# to Easy Eraser. To get your ID you need to sign up at Software Pays. Every site MUST use the SPP script to limit access to explicit content to members only.

While we will do our best to have timely approval of all sites submitted, any delay will not effect your sales. All sites that do not violate the above terms and conditions will be paid for any sells generated whether they have been reviewed or not. Once a site is approved, webmasters shall not remove the SPP script or delete the site without first notifying admin or deleting the site from the system. Failure to do so will result in your account being closed.

Any violation of the terms, site policies, and general policies are grounds for deletion from our system and forfeiture of all commissions associated with the webmaster's sites.
